About the Instructor

Tina Marie is a Licensed Therapist in California and owner of a private practice group in Los Angeles. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University. She has significant experience working with individuals who suffer from anxiety. Everyone from Fortune 500 CEOs and celebrities to stay-at-home parents and high school/college students. Tina has also facilitated numerous psychoeducation classes and workshops for businesses and organizations.
